Placing an item in your cart

Once you have found an item you like, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. The My Cart button can be found at the top right corner of each web page. When you have finished adding items to My Cart, you can proceed to check out.

Changing item quantities

If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item placed in My Cart, change the number in the "Quantity" box. Be sure to click the "Update" button at the bottom of your list to confirm any changes.

Removing items from your shopping bag

If you wish to remove an item in your Shopping Cart, click the "Remove" link that appears to the right of the item you wish to remove.

Credit card payments

CohabitatHome.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover only. When paying by credit card, your account will be charged once your order has been shipped.

Sales tax policy

Because we do business in CA, we are required by law to collect all state and local sales taxes on all orders shipped to destinations within CA.

Track your order

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. Also, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. If you are a registered user, you can also view your order status online at any time by clicking on the Order Status button and entering your order number. The Order Status button can be found at the bottom of each web page.

 

Order cancellation

If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please contact a Customer Service Representative toll free at 1-800-555-5555 or send an email to cohabitathome@aol.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will cancel your order if it has not already been shipped.
